Job summary

The Rescue Mission in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate & Assistant Driver on a full-time basis. You will help maintain an organized warehouse, assist with donation pickups, deliveries, and support store operations on weekdays.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid drivers license with a clean driving record, forklift experience preferred, and a customer-service mindset. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 403b plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Box Truck Driving experience is a plus; CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an orderly warehouse by baling clothes, managing trash, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting the donation area.
• Clean, price, and display furniture on the sales floor.
• Address customer inquiries regarding furniture and assist with sales.
• Assist the primary driver with donation pickups, deliveries of customer items, and transporting materials to salvage locations.
