Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring for Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member in Joliet, IL. This full-time position supports safe and clean facilities across our client sites with flexibility in shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms and offices, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and following safety and quality standards. Eligible employees enjoy benefits and a path for growth within a large facility-services organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for clocking in/out; personal devices provide cell phone reimbursement where required

Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Clean totes and other items
• Some deep cleaning, as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned
