Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Attendant at UVA Health System in Charlottesville, VA. Shift is Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. A valid driver’s license is required and previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $16.75 per hour with training and benefits available. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a culture centered on caring for people and serving our community.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to size, type or product code.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing/shipping.
