Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will load/unload shipments, record receipts, and stage materials to ensure a safe, organized environment while collaborating with procurement to keep stock levels optimal.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 1 year of warehouse experience, basic computer skills (Excel/Outlook), and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Warehouse/Inventory Management Experience.
• Prior experience in Construction/Home Improvement Industry preferred.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to physically lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong listening and empathy skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational skills for managing work schedules, priorities, and stock levels.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check and company participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Record all receipts and enter data into the company system.
• Stage materials for scheduled pickups and outbound shipments.
• Assist with lifting large units and material delivery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow safety requirements for equipment and operations.
• Suggest changes to processes and procedures.
