Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate in Petersburg, VA. You will receive, pick, and ship stock to stores, with thorough training and a safety program. The role offers 30–35 hours per week with starting wages of $22.50–$26.50 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives (Inbound) or selects (outbound) stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts and supports process improvements.
