Job summary

Cole Papers is seeking a FT Dayshift Warehouse Associate in Fargo to support warehouse operations. The role involves receiving and storing products, picking and packing customer orders with a scan gun, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.

Forklift use is required, with training provided, and lifting 50-75 lbs regularly. Starting wage ranges from $18–$22 per hour, with biannual performance reviews and two retirement plans.

• 3 first year reviews after 3-months, 6-months and 12 months or sooner with high performance.

Job Responsibilities for this position include:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using a scan gun.
• Prior similar work experience desired but not required.
• Previous forklift experience, desired but will train.
• This is a physically active position that requires Heavy Lifting regularly 50-75 lbs.
• Must be okay with heights as this position utilizes a Picker Forklift.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with customers and staff.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
