Shoreline Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for clients and patients during exams and outpatient visits. You will support efficient hospital operations and compassionate patient care in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of veterinary assistant or related experience, strong client communication skills, and the ability to multitask, review treatment plans, and coordinate schedules

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary assistant or related role.
• Proficiency in safe animal handling and restraint.
• Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and patient care principles.
• Ability to assist with exams, treatments, and outpatient procedures.
• Strong teamwork and reliable attendance.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and restrain patients safely.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room and outpatient workflow to ensure exceptional patient and client care.
