Abby Road Jacksonville, AR, USA is hiring an Experienced Vape Shop Associate. This full-time role requires a self-starter who delivers friendly service, assists customers and educates them on products. Expect 40–42 hours weekly with potential overtime and advancement for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Open availability Monday through Sunday.
• Retail experience and vape shop product knowledge.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing stores.
• Maintains scheduling commitments.
• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Assist customers by asking questions and showing them products.
• Educate customers by providing accurate information on our products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; correctly processing cash, credit cards and store gift cards.
• Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product issues and when processing a return.
• Merchandizing, stocking and cleaning.
