Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Unarmed Security Officer to provide a safe environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Duties include patrols, monitoring access, responding to alarms, and documenting incidents.

The role requires eligibility for OH security guard registration and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities across multiple shifts. The position offers benefits, paid training where allowed, and the chance to work within a respected security services provider

Qualifications

• Eligible for registration under ORC Chapter 4749 as an employee of Security Engineers' Ohio-licensed security guard agency.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed posts.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Customer service experience and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to deter security concerns and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports; communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
