Signal Security is hiring Vehicle Patrol Security Officers to provide a professional, visible security presence at residential communities in Washington. This full-time role offers an overnight schedule, consistent hours, and consecutive days off each week, with paid on-site training and good benefits.

Officers must hold a Washington State Security Guard License (active or expired) and have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21, and able to stand and patrol for long periods.

Qualificações

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, completing scheduled patrols and electronic tour checkpoints.
• Maintain a highly visible, professional security presence to deter crime and ensure safety.
• Enforce site policies, including quiet hours, using verbal de-escalation techniques.
• Follow site post orders and seek clarification when needed.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with state laws.
• Inspect doors, gates, fences, lighting, and common areas for security and maintenance concerns.
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activity or hazards promptly.
• Respond to incidents and contact law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs, patrol records, and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with residents, clients, and staff to maintain a secure environment.

• Inspect doors, gates, fences, lighting, and common areas for security, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Observe, document, and promptly report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, safety hazards, and maintenance issues.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, contacting law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate, timely daily activity logs, patrol records, and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, clients, coworkers, and public safety personnel while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
