Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Redfield, AR to monitor an industrial site, deter incidents, and support access control. You will complete routine reports on a computer or tablet and respond to security-related concerns.

This driving role includes a schedule with evenings and weekends and the chance to work within a caring culture that values teamwork and service. Weekly pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy requirements.
• Proficiency with a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
