Job summary

ImageCare Radiology in Hackettstown, NJ, is seeking a Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist. The candidate will perform ultrasound scans and biopsies, work with radiologists, and provide a patient-focused experience within a supportive team.

Experience in general, ob/gyn, vascular, and breast ultrasound is preferred, with RDMS and BLS as requirements. The schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, with initial training arranged with management.

Qualifications

• At least one year hospital experience or working independently preferred.
• Basic vascular knowledge (venous doppler and carotids) and breast ultrasound experience a plus.
• RDMS license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies with patient-focused care.
• Collaborate with radiologists to gather medical images for diagnosis.
• Ensure efficient and compassionate patient experience during procedures.

ImageCare is seeking a Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist for our Hackettstown location. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.

The Schedule we are looking to fill:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Initial training:

Days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for providing our patients with the best care and experience while working with the entire staff to perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies. In addition, the Ultrasound Technologist works closely with the radiologists to gather medical images and have a great opportunity to ensure an efficient and patient-focused experience during their procedure.

The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, compassionate, and experienced in producing quality images for proper treatment and diagnosis by the radiologist.

Candidates must be able to perform ALL Ultrasound exams including:

• General Ultrasound and Ob/Gyn
• Vascular
• Breast Ultrasound

Requirements:
