Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate equipment, and ensure safety on site. This full‑time role requires climbing confidence and physical endurance to perform demanding outdoor work under varied weather conditions.

The position involves driving, loading debris, and assisting in training new staff, with opportunities for professional growth within a well‑established utility vegetation management company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must have good hand-to-eye coordination.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and splits debris; loads/unloads trucks.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives and operates trucks.
• Sets up barriers and safety signs to protect employees and the public.
• Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
