Job summary

ExcelHealth Group is seeking a compassionate Enrollment Support Specialist to help seniors and vulnerable communities navigate the Senior Comprehensive Insurance Program. In a field-based, statewide role across West Virginia, you will educate participants and facility teams and conduct enrollment calls from a quiet remote workspace when not traveling.

In this field-based role, you will travel to nursing homes throughout the state to support enrollment in our Senior Comprehensive Insurance Program.
