Job summary

All About Children is seeking a compassionate Toddler Teacher to support development for ages 1 to 3. You will design age-appropriate activities, monitor progress, and foster curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.

The center operates 6 AM–9 PM, Monday–Saturday; full-time schedules with 8–10 hour shifts and every other Saturday. CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain; strong communication with families required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, energetic, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of young children.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers.
• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes safety, respect, and positive relationships.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
