Tire Agent Corp. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Tire Technician / Warehouse Associate to mount, dismount and balance tires, and to support shipping, receiving and inventory management.

The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined and detail-oriented, able to lift 40+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 1+ year of tire service, automotive work, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (40+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitment.
• Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectively.
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processes.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup.
• Organize and maintain warehouse space to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
