Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Therapist (Psychologist, LPC, or LICSW) to provide compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously while supported by a clinical and administrative team.

You must be licensed in PA, MD, DC, or VA; work Mon-Fri during normal hours; no nights or on-call. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to improving mental health for seniors, with a flexible start/end time within core hours.

Qualifications

• State licensure as Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA preferred)
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
