Santander in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Full Time Teller to assist customers with everyday banking needs, process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.

You will provide friendly service, identify risk concerns, follow policies, and use digital tools to educate customers about self-service options while supporting branch operations and occasionally helping nearby locations.

What You Bring:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED: - Required

Qualifications:

• 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

• Minimum: $30,000.00 USD
• Maximum: $47,000.00 USD
