Santander Consumer USA Inc. is hiring a Teller to support customers and process banking transactions. You will provide friendly service, handle cash securely, and learn digital tools to guide customers to self-service options.

Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, reconciling cash drawers, and assisting with branch operations. The role requires a high school diploma and strong attention to detail with weekend/evening availability.

Formación

• 6+ months cash handling experience
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others

Education:

• High school diploma, GED - Required

Qualifications:

• 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required.

• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$30,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$47,000.00 USD
