About The Role

Come join our amazing team at our Four Corners location, as a Full Time Teller. Greet customers with a smile, assess their needs, and provide professional service. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and sell cashier checks following established procedures. Demonstrate accountability while delivering excellent customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, maintaining high information security standards.
2. Handle Teller duties including account transactions, cash handling, gift and travel cards, savings bonds redemption, and loan payments.
3. Promote bank services and cross-sell products.
4. Participate in the High Performance Growth (HPG) program and related activities.
5. Follow BSA and OFAC policies and procedures.
6. Review security procedures regularly.
7. Perform duties related to imaging and processing work.
8. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
9. Comply with all policies, laws, and regulations, including training requirements.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
11. Maintain regular attendance and in-person customer contact.
12. Use the service pledge in all customer interactions.

About You

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cash transactions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:

• Professional customer service skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions.
• Positive and proactive in addressing concerns.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to find and correct errors.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with sound judgment, handle confidential information.
• Follow policies and interpret instructions effectively.
• Operate calculators and computers with adequate speed and accuracy.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Indoor work in a climate-controlled area. Must be able to sit, use hands, talk, and hear. Occasionally stand, walk, lift, and reach. Capable of operating office equipment and performing computer work for 6-8 hours daily. Must be able to work extended hours or travel as needed. Regular attendance required. Must be able to climb stairs in emergencies. Light physical effort required, with ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
