His House, Inc. is seeking a YCW I - UC Resident Counselor I in Opa Locka, FL. The role focuses on caring for and supervising children, assisting in teaching life skills to teens, and supporting domestic duties as needed.

The candidate should be creative, energetic and patient, with a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; AA and Bachelor’s degrees are preferred, with at least one year in child welfare or social services.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent; AA and Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited College/University
• Minimum of one year employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents in a social service setting
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and one other day in the week
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record; driving responsibilities required
