Are you looking to transition from daycare, babysitting, or church nursery work into a more one‑on‑one, full‑time position with children? Or maybe you’re hoping to gain experience as you work toward becoming a career nanny?

We’re hiring fun, dependable nannies to support families throughout Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Lynnwood, and the Seattle area. This is a great opportunity for students or recent grads in education, early childhood development, or related fields who want meaningful, hands‑on experience with children—along with a flexible and rewarding schedule.

Ages of Children: Between 0–10 years old

Schedule: Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $20–$30/hour depending on experience and family needs

Location: Greater Seattle area

About the Role: With babies and toddlers, the little moments matter most—singing songs to build language skills, exploring textures to spark curiosity, and practicing routines that encourage independence. These roles focus on fostering early development in a safe and caring setting. Each family’s routine will be different, but all positions involve creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where kids can thrive.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting feeding, diapering, nap routines, and age‑appropriate play
• Engaging the children in fun, developmental activities (songs, sensory play, story time, crafts)
• Encouraging curiosity, early learning, and social‑emotional growth

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of combined experience working with children (babysitting, camp, tutoring, church nursery, daycare, etc.)
• 3 supporting childcare references per experience in positions listed above
• CPR (or willing to get certified before start date)
• Reliable transportation
• Guaranteed hours
