Qualifications

• High School diploma required and either two years of college, an associate's degree, or demonstrated knowledge/ability to assist in reading, writing, and mathematics instruction.
• Knowledge of classroom practices and ability to assist instructional activities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with young adults preferred.
