Qualifications

• Experience in a tailoring shop, dry cleaner, apparel retailer, bridal shop, or specialty clothing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality alterations and repairs on a variety of garments.
• Conduct fittings and measurements for customers.
• Manage a personal fitting and production schedule.
• Maintain organized records and track garment progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the visit.
• Maintain sewing supplies and notify when inventory needs replenishing.
• Stay current on tailoring techniques and use scheduling software.
