ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will participate in hands-on leadership activities, manage merchandising and customer service, and drive store standards with a hands-on approach.

Estimated Store Manager Earning Potential Year 1: $87,000-$102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus when applicable)
