Job summary

Auto Value Canton is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Driver & Counter Sales Representative. You will deliver automotive parts to local customers, assist at the counter, and support daily store operations. This role blends driving with customer service, relationship building, and teamwork.

A valid driver's license and dependable attendance are required; automotive parts knowledge is a plus, but training is provided. You will help with stock, returns, and paint/parts as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude are important.
• Ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort working in an active, fast-paced environment.
• Automotive parts knowledge or prior delivery/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make Deliveries: Safely deliver automotive parts to customers and local businesses while providing dependable, professional service.
• Take Care of Customers: Greet customers, answer questions, assist with parts lookups, and help them find the products they need.
• Support Counter Sales: Process transactions and returns accurately, share product recommendations, and help create a positive customer experience.
• Keep Operations Moving: Assist with stocking shelves, receiving freight, organizing inventory, and preparing customer orders.
• Help with Paint & Parts: Assist with paint mixing and other store services as needed.
• Work as a Team: Jump in where needed to support daily operations and ensure customers receive timely, reliable service.
• Drive Safely: Follow delivery procedures, maintain a safe driving record, and represent Auto Value professionally on every route.
