Job summary

Auto Value in Pequot Lakes, MN is hiring a Store Counter Sales Representative with automotive experience. You will greet customers, provide expert product advice, and ensure customers leave with the right parts and a great experience.

You will assist with parts lookups, paint mixing, returns, and inquiries, support store operations, and help maintain inventory and a clean, safe environment. A valid driver's license and the ability to learn our POS system are required.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Auto Value - greeting customers, offering expert product advice, and ensuring every customer leaves with the right parts and a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to retail and commercial customers.
• Could you help customers with parts lookup, paint mixing, returns, and non-application parts?
• You can offer valuable advice, suggest add-on products, and stay current on current promotions.
• Respond to phone inquiries to support commercial deliveries and in-store sales.
• Process transactions accurately while following store policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Support inventory tasks, freight check-in, labeling, and deliveries.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Automotive parts knowledge or industry experience is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
