Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Store Associate in Ohio/ Lebanon to assist with merchandising, stocking, cashiering and cleaning, enhancing the shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and work with teammates to ensure accurate inventory and adherence to cash policies.

The role is full-time with 32-40 hours weekly and a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, with scheduled increases over time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prompt and courteous customer service
• Able to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Able to safely operate equipment including hand jack and floor scrubber
• Able to stock, clean and merchandise to company standards
• Must meet state/local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle cash accurately
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team and communicate with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory and scanning errors
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy
