Job summary

Kohl’s in Missouri City, TX is seeking a store supervisor to own day-to-day store operations, supervise associates, and deliver exceptional customer service and efficiency. You will coach, train, and guide team members while executing all operational processes.

You will lead with integrity, apply standards for inventory accuracy, support floor replenishment, and partner with merchandising to maintain product placement and signage.

About The Role

In this role, you will be the expert in store operational processes, supervising store operations while working alongside and leading associates to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency. You will teach, coach, develop and supervise associates while completing all operational processes focused on consistent execution and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry
