Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking an UDC FG/3PL Operator for night shifts to support Finished Goods and 3PL logistics. You will train across UDC functions, handle forklift operations, and travel to Schreiber or 3PL sites as needed.
Strong English communication and reliability are essential; a valid driver’s license is required. You’ll be responsible for picking, staging, and shipping orders, maintaining clean, audit-ready facilities, and following food-safety protocols.
Wage Grade $23.418-$29.41 Other benefits starting Day One: 1 Week Vacation, Certification Pay, 8% 401K Match, Benefits, Child Care discount and reimbursement plans, ETC. Shift: Different Shifts Available.
UDC FG/3PL Operator will be trained in multiple areas of the UDC including: Finished Goods and 3rd Party Logistics Operations Will assist at UDC as needed due to vacations, personal leave/call ins, or as volume dictates. Priority will be dictated by the TL, DS, or designated leader according to shift-based needs. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in English (be able to write, read, speak and understand) Will require travel to and from any new or existing SFI or 3PL locations. When not required to be at 3PL, will be at UDC or other assigned location per TL, DS, or designated leader Will be expected to operate reach truck varieties and/or standup lifts, and/or sit-down lifts Will be required to be at 90% efficiency at 90 days after training. This is a dedicated position primarily working at off-site locations and will require travel to and from these locations. Required to Complete & Pass the Food Safety Exam during the first week of orientat ANY AND ALL OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY LEADERSHIP
