Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, a positive attitude, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for patients.
  2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and client needs.
  3. Provide direct therapy services to clients with speech, language, and communication challenges.
  4. Collaborate with KDcare staff and other professionals to support client progress.
  5. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  6. Provide consultation and guidance to parents and KDcare staff on speech and language development.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with clinic and state regulations.
  8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic client care.

Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  2. Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  3. Experience working with children (preferred).
  4. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  6. Positive attitude, professionalism, and sensitivity to client and family needs.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
