Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy for patients in long-term care and related settings. The role focuses on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function to enhance safety and quality of life.

The SLP will work with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, stay current with licensure and CCC-SLP credentials, and travel to patient locations when needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide dysphagia management and educate patients and caregivers.
• Complete documentation per Medicare, regulatory, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care planning.
