Job summary

Functional Pathways at Homewood at Plum Creek in Hanover, PA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech therapy services to residents. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge planning under physician supervision.

You will collaborate with a skilled therapy team to adjust plans of care, ensure documentation accuracy, and support residents with communication needs in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform screenings and evaluations, and document plans under physician supervision.
• Re-evaluate and discharge planning as appropriate within plan of care.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to resident communication care needs.
