The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate SPED Teacher to join our full-time, school-based team in Brighton, CO. You will support students with diverse needs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized learning experiences in an inclusive setting.

You will develop IEPs, provide specialized instruction, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while fostering a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Colorado Special Education teaching license.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs and goals.
• Provide specialized instruction to students with various disabilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies for academic growth.
