Job summary

Manheim Central School District is seeking dedicated full-time Special Education Paraeducators for elementary classrooms in Manheim, PA.

You will collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs, support academic progress, behavior management, and job-skill development, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, CPR and CPI certifications, and a commitment to ongoing staff development are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or at least 48 hours of post-secondary credits (preferred)
• PA Paraeducator Credential of Competency Certificate (or willingness to complete within three months)
• Commitment to 20 hours of paid annual staff development
