Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college coursework or Associate Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma required at time of hire.
• Must work as a team member and communicate effectively with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support students with IEPs in special education and regular education settings as directed.
• Utilize crisis prevention techniques with students as trained; restraints as last resort.
• Collaborate with professional staff and prioritize tasks while maintaining safety.
