DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Associate to support the store management in daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, merchandise, and uphold store standards.

You will engage with customers, demonstrate fashion knowledge, and help shoppers find products that meet their needs. This role involves assisting with shipments, restocking, pricing, and loss prevention, while ensuring a neat, organized sales floor.

Qualificações

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Builds customer relationships with professional, courteous service and helps customers select products that meet their needs.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking and pricing while maintaining store standards.
• Supports loss prevention policies and safety procedures; helps monitor shrink and security.
• Keeps management informed of important developments and ensures a neat, organized sales environment.
• May assist Store Manager with training of employees and covering multiple stores in the district.
