Job summary

Personalized Therapy LLC in Waldorf, Maryland seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time role serves children through adults, evaluating and treating speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders in a clinic setting.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, coach families, and collaborate with therapists to support communication development in home and community.

Qualifications

• MD Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA, CFY candidates welcome
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
• Clear criminal background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
• Passion for working with children and adults to support growth

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children and adults with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing challenges.
• Deliver therapy and document sessions, progress notes, and reports.
• Educate families/caregivers on strategies to support communication at home.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches including AAC, articulation, and language therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in goal setting and discharge planning.
• Maintain materials and ensure HIPAA compliance; pursue ongoing professional development.
