Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role in Clinton, IL. Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will create personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while growing professionally through education and internal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
