2. Attending management meetings and assisting with interviews, evaluations, and training.
3. Communicating with managers/owners about employee performance, dependability, and customer service.
4. Managing inventory status and discussing new ideas for efficiency and safety improvements.
5. Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints politely.
6. Managing cash flow, restocking the register, and handling petty cash.
7. Overseeing break schedules and ensuring punctuality.
8. Getting food certified and handling basic computer and POS system operations.
9. Adhering to health, sanitary, and safety standards.
10. Standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes occasionally, and working with urgency.
11. Maintaining personal appearance and a positive attitude, working well with others.
