Job summary

Läderach in Tampa is seeking a Full-Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and to champion the brand on the shop floor.

You will train Store Associates, lead shift tasks, ensure smooth customer flow, uphold product merchandising and food safety standards, and contribute to daily sales targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, reliability, flexibility, and a passion for chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain a similar environment for the in-house team
• Provide training and support to Store Associates to meet production goals
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, upholding store and brand standards
• Ensure smooth movement on the sales floor and effective product merchandising
• Lead follow-through of all food safety protocols
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and improvements
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

A Full-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead)is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

What you can expect

• You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
• You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
• You will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
• You will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
• You will Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
• You will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
• You will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards

Physical Requirements:

• Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
• Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
• Requires the ability to lift 7-18 kilograms.
