Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring full-time Merchandisers / Stockers to stock shelves, refresh displays, and keep backrooms neat in West Frankfort, IL and surrounding towns. No prior experience? We’ll train you to be a merchandising pro and help you build great relationships with store staff and your team.

You’ll need a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable ride with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to pass a background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and restock displays in stores to keep them sharp.
• Refresh displays and rotate products to maintain shelf integrity.
• Keep backrooms neat and shelves full for easy access.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and your team.
• No experience? Training is provided to become a merchandising pro.
