Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the dining room warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Explain menu items, suggest pairings, and accommodate guest requests where possible.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
• Maintain a clean dining area and assist with setup and reset between shifts.
• Handle tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
