Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Mansfield, MA is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, picking, staging orders, and inventory management in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will verify merchandise, operate RF devices, stock shelves, and assist with counts and discrepancies while training new associates. The role requires reliability, strong math and communication, and a readiness to work overtime in a physical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of work experience with a good understanding of distribution workflows.
• Strong reading, math, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use basic computer systems and safety equipment, possibly requiring certification.
• Ability to work overtime, participate in physical inventories, and maintain a clean work area.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
