Coastal Elite Pro in Boston, MA is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution services in a fast-paced environment. You will handle receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, and inventory management.

You will use RF devices for inventory tasks, inspect received merchandise, stock shelves, assemble orders, and enter data into computer systems. The role also involves training new associates and assisting with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of work experience with understanding of DC workflow.
• Ability to read, understand English, and perform basic math.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance, maintain safety standards, and operate power equipment if certified.
• Flexibility to work overtime, participate in physical inventory, and support team efforts.
