Ashton Commons Senior Living in Wexford, PA is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. You will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of resident apartments, common areas, and other designated areas throughout the community, ensuring a safe and sanitary living environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, and community spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to established procedures
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance concerns as needed
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Provide friendly and courteous service to residents, families, and team members
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
