Job summary

The Glen Retirement is seeking a Full-time Dietary Assistant to join our Culinary Team. Role includes food preparation in the main kitchen and service duties in dining areas, with shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include serving meals, keeping areas clean, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and assisting colleagues during events. Training and Serve Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred; or 1-6 months related experience and/or training.
• Completion of Serve Safe course.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality food service to residents, guests and staff.
• Prep work in main kitchen: wash, peel, cut and measure ingredients.
