Personal Care Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver / CNA for a 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM shift. This role offers a compassionate, dependable professional an opportunity to provide direct resident care in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Base rate starts at $20.00 per hour, with a CNA certified rate of $21.00 per hour for qualified candidates; full-time schedule includes a bi-weekly rotating pattern to cover mornings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires sensitivity to working with the elderly.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• English literacy and documentation skills.
• Good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and remind residents per MAR and RN guidance.
• Provide personal and direct care (ADLs, grooming, mobility, housekeeping).
• Document changes in resident condition and report to RN Supervisor.
• Complete paperwork and maintain accurate care plans and MARs.
• Follow HIPAA, safety policies, and state regulations.
• Support activity programming and assist with meals and mealtimes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure 24-hour staffing and quality care.
