The Securitas Global Clients America team seeks a Security Officer - Full Time in Solway, MN to monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol multiple client sites to maintain safety.

You will handle de-escalation, report hazards, complete post orders, and provide excellent customer service. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to work the 1400–2200 schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with others.
• Above-average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to respond calmly in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and control access to sites.
• Patrol the property and report safety hazards.
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues.
• Provide information to employees and guests.
• Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Utilize security devices during shifts.
