Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time in Cincinnati, OH. You will serve and safeguard clients, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and provide outstanding customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff.

This role requires at least 1 year of security-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of a background check and drug screen as required by law.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and transportation facility users while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking areas, transit access points, buildings, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document activities.
• Complete detailed reports and logs and communicate observations to leadership.
